These terms govern your use of the BHOT.ai website and account setup, operated by BHO Tech Inc. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Informational purpose
The website describes BHOT.ai and allows visitors to request information or a demonstration. Website content does not create a customer, partnership, employment, or advisory relationship.
Permitted use
You may use this site for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.
Intellectual property
The BHOT.ai name, branding, website content, and related materials are owned by BHO Tech Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
No warranties
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, BHO Tech Inc. disclaims warranties regarding availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, BHO Tech Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this informational website.
Free text trial after signup
Sign up at bhot.ai/signup with your contact email and mobile number, and choose text messages, before using the free text trial. Then text BHOT.ai at (415) 680-9081 from the number you registered to ask general questions or create a simple one-page website preview. Connecting an inbox and payment are not required for this text trial. The trial ends 24 hours after your first signup with this mobile number. Signing up again or changing text preferences does not restart or extend it. It allows up to 10 requests per day, subject to usage, availability, and short-term limits. It does not start a paid subscription. Only text from a number you control. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Connecting email is optional and separate from the phone-only trial.
Review your website preview before approving publication. Preview links are viewable by anyone who has the link. Phone-only conversations cannot access email, calendars, contacts, or private account data, send messages to other people, or create reminders. Website previews support a simple one-page site; custom domains, payment collection, functional apps, and photo attachments are not included.
PayPal trial and subscription
The BHOT.ai Monthly plan offers a 24-hour free trial, followed by $99 USD per month, with no setup fee. PayPal manages the subscription, trial dates, recurring charges, and cancellation. Cancel in PayPal before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Saving your contact details, signing out, or disconnecting Outlook does not cancel your PayPal subscription or extend the trial. Current service availability
Customer setup can save your email, mobile number, and text preferences. Email connection supports Microsoft 365 work or school accounts and Gmail or Google Workspace accounts, subject to the provider’s app settings and your organization’s permissions. You may connect either provider independently. The current version can show recent emails on request. Replies are sent in response to your texts; automatic mailbox monitoring is not included. Billing follows the PayPal schedule for subscribers.
BHOT.ai customer SMS terms
BHOT.ai, operated by BHO Tech Inc., offers optional text replies to your requests, website previews, verification texts and email-alert texts. Opt in using the unchecked text-consent box on Account setup. Text consent is not a condition of purchase. Enter a number you own or are authorized to use. Connected-email texting requires phone verification and account authorization. The separate text trial requires signup and SMS consent before you text us; it does not grant inbox access.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help once messaging is active, or email craig@bhotech.ai. You can also update your text preference in Account setup. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text alerts may be delayed or unavailable and should not be your only way to check important email. See our Privacy Policy.
Previously recorded candidate SMS preferences
The recruiting signup form is no longer available on BHOT.ai. These terms remain available for people who previously selected optional recruiting, job opportunity, application, interview, or status text messages from BHO Tech Inc. Your previously recorded preferences still apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or recruiting services. Provide only a number you own or are authorized to use, and notify us if it changes. Signing up does not guarantee a job or interview.

Reply HELP for help, or email craig@bhotech.ai. You may also withdraw consent by email before messaging is activated. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging is subject to service activation and carrier availability. Previously submitting the form saved your preferences and did not itself send a text. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information and consent records.
